What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Associate / CDL position at ROLINC Staffing (AUR)?
Job Description
My Team located in Northern Denver is currently looking to add a new team member to our sales team! This person MUST have previous sales experience and be willing to drive and travel to visit customers
Essential Job Duties:
Generate leads and sales opportunities for company products and services
Create quotes and write initial contracts.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand and anticipate customer needs and requirements.
Suggest product solutions to meet customer goals and needs.
Help develop sales plans and marketing strategies, targeting high potential customers, to increase product sales and meet established sales goals.
Conduct sales presentations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records.
Represent the company at related industry conferences and trade shows.
This person would be based at our Denver location but would need to be on the road visiting customers (all over Colorado, Southern Wyoming, for certain, and possibly Eastern Utah, Northern New Mexico, and Western Kansas) at least 4 days a week or 3.5 weeks out of 4
This person would also be responsible for getting their CDL
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of the sweeper and vacuum industry.
Quick learner
Passion for learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Valid CDL or ability to get a valid CDL within 60 days
