Site Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor Position:

General Duties:

• Reports directly to both Rollo Security Senior Management and the Marathon Refinery Security Coordinator.
• Relationship with the Marathon Security Coordinator deals primarily with the actual scope of security operations and delivery of contracted security services.
• Relationship with Rollo Management deals primarily with matters pertaining to the formal contractual relationship: accounting, billing, payroll, and other contractual provisions
• Security Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and direction of the security services within the scope of policy, procedures, and provisions set forth or agreed upon.
• Security Supervisor assists in the assessment, development, and promulgation of proper security procedures, recommends to Marathon improvements to security operations, and is responsible for the overall management and ultimate discipline of security personnel.
• Manages consistent site staff of 50-60 employees, while staffing up when required by refinery events such as turnarounds or expansions.
• Manages the Badging Department for all access control at the refinery.

General Requirements:

• Strong Managerial/Leadership Skills
• Ability to develop and enforce policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Security requirements/MTSA Regulations
• Knowledgeable in Industrial Safety
• Tech Savvy

The position is 6:30a – 3:30p, Monday – Friday

Salary range is starting from $65k – $80k, depending on the candidate’s qualifications/background.
