Job Description Warehouse Manager Kingsville, TX As the Supply Manager you will be accountable for day-to-day management of Logistics for the F405 Adour program, including inventory and property both government and company furnished, for the Kingsville Site. Your responsibilities will include the management of operational performance of physical logistics operations supporting the part movement, goods receipt, shipping, storage, and in-house logistics and will include direct management of Rolls-Royce staff. You will also be responsible to achieve the Drive to Zero Harm, Drive to Zero Logistics Defects, Logistics Cost Control, Drive to Zero Logistics Arrears, and Process Compliance. Key Accountabilities: Demonstrate leadership and management skills to lead logistics while complying with the Navy government contract (PWS), the Property Management Plan (PMP) and company policies and procedures to support the Navy’s T45 Flight Training Program. Responsible for data integrity, management and reporting utilizing the company’s logistics information system (SAP) as well as the Navy’s system (OOMA/IMA NALCOMIS) assisting to ensure required logistics reports are submitted on time and accurately. Manage the process of all order/requisition actions pertaining to company and government-furnished material ensuring availability and timely delivery of parts/materials to support the program and production work centers Oversee inventories for company and government furnished property ensuring timely submission IAW CDRL driven schedule and participate in government and company audits to ensure programs are compliant, recognizing gaps and identifying corrective actions Responsible for Tool Control Program with basic knowledge of HazMAt program. Collaborate, communicate, and interface with all managers, supervisors, and employees within program as well as Indianapolis and Bristol, including government entities working to ensure KPIs are met. Responsible for managing and instructing employees as well as their safety; familiar with collective bargaining unit (CBA); working with employee’s complaints, investigating and resolving, counseling and/or disciplining as needed IAW with CBA and company policy. Basic Requirements: Associate’s degree in Operations or Supply Chain with 7 years of experience in Logistics or Operations environment OR; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations with 5 years of experience in Logistics or Operations environment OR; Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations with 3 years of experience in Logistics or Operations environment OR; In lieu of degree, 9 years of experience in Logistics or Operations environment. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain access to base and DoD security clearance. Able to work unpaid overtime, weekends and other shifts as needed/required by the program. Experience in a leadership and management role of employees operating under company and government policies. Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint to provide reports and data. Ability to form working relationships with management, co-workers, employees, customers and vendors and correspond using excellent written and verbal communications.
