The role of a HR Operations Manager includes to lead the improvement of outsourced services in collaboration with strategic partner to ensure excellent services is delivered with business and stake holders. Act as interface between customer businesses and their key stakeholders and the delivery team. As required, representing service delivery at local business / regional governance level. Manage activities to ensure compliance and adherence to group policies, region/country legislation/requirements, procedures and management of risks. In collaboration with our strategic partner, support a programme of ongoing change and continuous improvement to the Hire to Retire Operations value stream. Key Accountabilities Provide professional and specialist advice to teams within People Services and the Business Resolving complex issues/cases directly with customers and making decisions. Managing customer expectations and working it through to closure. Analyse the trend of issues/cases raised and propose recommended changes either to process and/or policy with the intent of improving efficiency and addressing potential gaps Ensure process compliance and work with Country HR where changes may be required Develop and sustain stakeholder partnerships and provide professional support on all aspects of HR Operations. Key Skills and Experience Detailed knowledge of working with outsourced delivery partners and Excellent knowledge and experience of HR service delivery Proven excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities and Strong project management capability Good understanding of lean process management and continuous improvement methodologies Expertise and knowledge of customer service protocols and technologies in relation to HR service operations We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits.
