General Manager

Position: Pizza Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the pizza shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient customer service.

2. Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and front-of-house employees.

3. Implement and enforce operational policies, including health and safety standards, to maintain a clean and safe environment.

4. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure optimal supply for production.

5. Develop and execute employee schedules, considering peak hours and customer demand.

6. Train and mentor staff to uphold high-quality food preparation, presentation, and customer service standards.

7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, aiming to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage deliveries, and source quality ingredients.

9. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability without compromising quality.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt and enhance the menu and service offerings.

11. Track and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

12. Ensure compliance with local health regulations, labor laws, and food safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in restaurant or fast-food management.

2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
