Door to Door Sales Rep

Job Summary:
We are looking for driven, friendly salespeople to join our team selling roofing and interior/exterior home restoration contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Knock doors, and introduce our team to homeowners after hail, water, and severe weather events in Castle rock, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, and surrounding Denver metro areas.

- Learn to identify and exhibit existing storm damage on the inside and outside of homes.

- Meet with insurance adjusters and perform subcontractor supervision when required.

- Obtain photographic, written, and verbal evidence of damage and upload to an assigned Google Drive Location

- Utilize multiple cellular, Apple IOS platforms and Google based CRM systems & calendars to manage customer interaction and inter-company communication.

- Utilize strong, verbal and nonverbal communication to make new relationships and sell construction contracts.

We retain class A, B, C, and D building licenses across the Colorado Front range and can build and remodel all types of building structures, making us the real deal A to Z contractor solution with an Xactimate certified supplement team.

Roman advertises on SEO and SEM platforms as well as local news & television outlets to give us the best exposure as the hottest new contractor on the block.

You will be working together with our team, ranging in the 20's, 30's, and 40's to sell cold and warm leads as you progress with your industry knowledge and demonstrate your dedication to being that top grade salesperson. But please don't be shy and ask about our company softball team if you can ball!

We offer the most competitive pay plans in the industry for those individuals who are interested in fixed rate volume based plans ( bonus) OR commission based profit share plans for individuals who can manage their own claims.

This is a commissioned sales position and while we offer performance based bi-weekly minimum draws for contracts signed, but we do not offer salary based pay plans. If you're as good as you say you are, you won't need it We are looking for experienced veteran or hungry new salespeople who are looking to gain mutual wealth together.

Requirements:

- Must have cell phone with functional, camera and internet capabilities

- Must have reliable transportation, capable of fitting a standard foldable gorilla ladder or collapsible telescoping ladder; pickup trucks preferred or clean, respectable SUV/sedan.

- Must have laptop or desktop pc capable of downloading, receiving, and sending pdf files, photos, and emails daily.

- Must have adequate computer skills with a sincerity for reading and responding to incoming/outgoing emails.

- Must be willing to work over the road and commute across the front range. We go where the work is and we work, comfortably, and intelligently outside in the elements.

- You must have thick skin. We are in the construction industry, but we serve all types of people and our neighbors. All of which can be tough sometimes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
