Automotive Sales Consultant

Romano Subaru is looking to add an experienced salesperson to their growing team. We are looking for someone preferably with 2 years or more sales experience in the auto industry, but we will consider any sales background.

Job Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers
• Perform customer interviews to help them choose the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
• Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles
• Work closely with management throughout sales & finance process
• Keep in contact, and follow up with your customers regularly

We offer a 5-day work week, with 1 weekday off each week and we are only open 9am- 6pm Monday through Friday, and 9am-3pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. We offer a generous pay plan, and most of our salespeople with over 2 years of experience are earning six figure salaries.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
