Our company is looking for a Collections Representative to join our team. You would be performing a variety of tasks each day, work with a team, and communicating with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls from customers
  • Monitoring customers payment accounts
  • Making daily calls to collect payments
  • Data entry
  • Communicating well with a team
  • Logging communications with customers

Skills and Requirements:

  • Competency in MS Office
  • Well organized
  • Strong communicator
  • Data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
  • Ability to follow direction and adapt to changes
  • Attention to detail
  • High School degree or higher
  • Previous experience not required but is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
