Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.Work closely with the sales team to identify, track and opportunities.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service. Establish key relationships within the Architect, Interior Design and Custom Home builders
Team Management: Manage a team of independent designers and in-house designers. Manage the day to day operation of the showroom to ensure the business is run in the most efficient manner.
Network: Network with territory trade pros to expand business opportunities.
Events: Support each event at the showroom by working closely with the Events manager. Present company CEU to trade professionals.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Constantly evaluate performance of the sales designers.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom fully aligns with company brand standards.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line to offer the best solutions to our customers.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Training: In addition to company onboarding training, to train and develop all new hires for the showroom.
Budget Management: Manage the sales team’s budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
