Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Your role will involve coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, communicating with customers, and assisting in upselling additional services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for repairs and inform customers of any additional recommended services
- Upsell additional services such as tire service, brake repair.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is desired. Not required .Will train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
