Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Roof Rite is looking for a roofing superintendent who will be responsible for leading roofing foremen to perform work safely and productively per specification and to the standards of the company and customer. This candidate will foster safety, teamwork, and discipline which will result in efficient and professional roof system installation. We are looking for someone who will represent Roof Rite in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel, and the public as well as meet all company and project goals.
Typical hours: 7am - 3:30p

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and train foremen to lead safe and efficient roof system installations that are up to company standards
• Visit job sites daily (80% of time)
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Ensure production and quality goals
• Track labor hours and production
• Schedule materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Review plans and sites, delegate crews, and do all pre-job planning including creating specific safety plans and work plan efficiencies
• Submit reports and paperwork as well as coordinate all communication between the office and job sites
• Participate in regular review meetings
