RoofClaim.com a JasperINC Company, a preeminent residential, reroofing company, seeks a Recruiter to join our Recruiting department to recruit driven inside sales representatives. As a Recruiter, your duties include representing RoofClaim.com in prospecting sales representatives and ensuring recruiting goals are met. You will conduct interviews and informational sessions for new applicants and work with the HR office to refine hiring goals. Qualifications for this career typically include a bachelor’s degree and experience in sales. You should have excellent verbal communication, analytical, and follow-up skills as well as a strong grasp of your company’s policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Cold Calling and Identifying Prospects
- Please note this is not an inside recruiting role
- Source potential candidates through job boards and social media
- Plan interview and selection procedures, assessments and in-person interviews
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
