LOCATION: Sarasota Florida (Required to work in local Sarasota office daily)

Job Summary

At Roofing by Curry, we are always looking for talent to add to our team. We're seeking a Salesforce administrator to regulate and oversee our Salesforce implementation which will drive our
Salesforce platform, leveraging multiple integrations and different technologies. Our ideal candidate will have experience with technical implementations of this nature.

As our Salesforce Administrator, you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, training, problem-solving abilities, and creative abilities to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce platform end-to-end. This will require you to develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration and deployment.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Design, operate and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in crucial areas of the business
  • Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
  • Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes
  • identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolving sales tech issues for our users
  • Day to day administration and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platform
  • Collaborating with various departments and Enablement team members in translating business requirements to functional technical specifications to meet the needs of our users
  • Basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks such as performance monitoring and backups
  • Manage security of the Salesforce instances and data content
  • Define and implement best practice standards and guidelines
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
  • Training and documentation

Eligibility Requirements

  • Salesforce admin experience including Salesforce Lightning and CPQ
  • A background in CRM process design and implementations along with managing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data and creating roles, profiles, and reports
  • Experience in Salesforce administration and deployment, performance monitoring, back-up and recovery
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements
  • Experience in integrating CRM tools with Salesforce is a must
  • Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Valid work authorization status in the US
