You will generate new business and provide above and beyond customer service to drive company revenue and produce future business. Responsibilities:
- Be able to professionally handle the insurance claim process with a homeowner acquiring a full roof replacement
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project
- Attend to multiple customers at the same time while keeping track of your files
- Work 40 hours per week
- Drive a company vehicle and use a company cell-phone responsibly
- Be on your feet up to 8 hours per day
- Work hand-in-hand with co-workers to properly take care of the customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry
- Self-motivated, money-driven, multi-tasker
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to listen and take advice
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Outgoing personality
- Someone who likes to win, but hates to lose even more
