Roosevelt Elivert Insurance Agency in Bowie, MD, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. We have two locations with a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment to ensure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $10,000-$20,000 in commissions, year end base salary commission range is $50,000-$70,000.

Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes.
- Utilize warm leads to meet sales goals.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building rapport with clients and have the opportunity to go out and market to businesses.
- You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Work one weekend per month on a rotating schedule (10 am - 2 pm). Time off during the week will be offered to compensate for the weekend hours.
