This individual must have an in depth understanding of agriculture along with business administrative skills to ensure that all necessary aspects of the job are being completed in a timely and professional manner.
Necessary Skills/Requirements
- Agriculture background
- Education - at least a high school diploma - bachelors degree would be preferred
- Individuals with prior farm management experience will be highly considered
- Proficiency in basic computer skills - emails, spread sheets, invoicing, document creation, etc.
- High organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to handle pressure
