At Rooter Ranger Plumbing & Drain Specialists, we are looking for the right individuals who want to build a life-long career to join our team. Due to our expansive growth, our Phoenix location is searching for a Reputation Management Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and potential clients. Your main responsibilities will revolve around lead generation platforms, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, monitoring email inboxes, and actively engaging with various platforms such as Yelp for Business, Hatch.AI, Angi's Leads, and Next-door. This role will act as a customer resolution specialist and dispatcher, ensuring that you are maximizing booking opportunities and enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

Pay Range: $40,000-$50,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage lead requests from platforms like Yelp for Business, Hatch.AI, Angi's Leads, Facebook, schedule engine, Google, and Next-door maintaining a 40% booking rate
  • Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative reviews on Google, Yelp, Angie’s, Nextdoor and Facebook
  • Conduct research on reviews rated less than 5 stars from NPS to identify process failures and areas for improvement
  • Escalate reviews or issues to upper management for immediate attention
  • Work with GM and facilitate responses for BBB, Attorney General and ROC
  • Take escalated calls and field or respond to emails
  • Respond promptly to new message requests, questions and inquiries
  • Strive to secure every possible booking opportunity
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients, providing clear and informative responses
  • Provide information monthly for upcoming community events and get management sign off for participation
  • Engage with Community for charitable events
  • Put together and roll out community giveaways through social media
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Work closely with the team to implement strategies for enhancing the digital support process
  • Work as dispatcher intermittently throughout the day to ensure coverage
  • Adopt an attitude of continuous improvement – strive to continuously improve upon performance by upgrading skills and encouraging higher levels of performance from yourself and team members, in support of company objectives
  • Collaborate with the direct manager to address any additional responsibilities and tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, dispatch or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and online review management.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues and collaborate with upper management.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Outgoing, friendly and comfortable speaking in groups
  • Solid teamwork skills & Strong work ethic
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to cultivate metrics and identify meaningful trends
  • Working knowledge of various social media and Reputation Management platforms
  • Exposure to the basic principles of SEM and Google Products
  • Demonstrated ability for accuracy, meeting deadlines, experience in multi-tasking and ability to work with minimum supervision
