JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title : Production Worker/Machine Operator
Location : Columbus, NE - 68601
Duration : 04 Months contract (Possibility for extension)
Shift : Shift 2 (2pm to 10:30pm) typically M-F
Job Description:
The role of Operate II - Perform operator duties to include, but not limited to, warehousing, loading trucks, operating bagger, and cleaning.Operate equipment following established standard operating procedures.Coordinate operations with other operators to ensure quality procedures are followed through the systems.Comply with all safety programs and procedures.Complete basic equipment cleaning, maintenance and lubrication as required.Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to Supervisor.Complete daily operator reports.Maintain a clean and orderly work area by following established housekeeping program.Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
High School diploma.Forklift operation, warehousing, basic mechanical knowledge, and previous machine operations experience. Basic computer knowledgeAbility to lift 60-lbs. bags to a height of 48 inches.Exposure to some noise, dust and variable temperatures.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 per hour
