What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Chef position at Roque Gallery LLC?
We are looking for a Personal Chef in the San Clemente area.
This position is for a personal chef working directly for the client.
The personal chef does not just follow recipes, they create their own and often has to adjust for the client’s need. Personal Chef staying current on the latest trends and diets.
Must be familiar with gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, grass-fed. We are not using any type of plastic, silicone, or Teflon. We are using Glass, wood, porcelain, and Stainless steel only.
Skills and Experience
- Beginner ideal position
- Must have experience working in Client’s house and be flexible around client’s schedule
- Custom menu plans You create all the menus for the client
- Detail-oriented must communicate clearly with the client
- Culinary experience 2 years required
- Dependable
- Must be comfortable with dogs
