The ideal candidate will report directly to the Head of Global Accounts and work with the Global Account Managers (GAMs). They must have a customer-centric approach, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex global organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as sales operational project manager within the dedicated Global Account perimeter
- Coordinate Global Account Plan preparation & follow-up
- Coordinate Global Account Managers (GAMs) in annual negotiations
- Facilitate Product information into global tenders
- Preparation of business analysis and pricing
- Facilitate prompt registration of new commercial contracts and follow up to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate customer meetings and follow-up actions with key members, ensuring customer success metrics
- Monitor Global Account business:
- Contract accuracy & management
- Sales follow-up (Contracts and re-allocation) / Business Analysis
- Sales Funnel follow-up
- Close follow-up of critical issues
- Act as internal interface with Global Demand - Planning / Supply Chain / Quality / Legal / Finance to ensure Global Alignment
- Act as external interface with Global Account organization (Procurement support from assigned accounts), Innovation Day organization, onsite visits
- Ensure deployment of new internal processes and ways of working coming from GAM
- Help prepare figures for business and sales funnel reviews
- Curate sales and pipeline data and make sense of emerging trends
- Ad hoc support as new business needs emerge
Skills and Experience:
- Soft skills:
- Autonomous team player that is proactive
- Must be detailed oriented
- Able to work in multicultural workplaces across different regions of the world
- Ability to coordinate and organize work in a matrix organization
- Problem-solving, creative thinker
- Hard skills:
- Must have expert level Excel/business/data analytic skills and PowerPoint
- Project management skills
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills - English fluent (French or another language is a )
- SalesForce (CRM) experience preferred
