Summary/Objective
Handle all incoming inquiries for vehicles from potential clients. Networking on a daily basis to schedule appointments for the sales department.
Essential Functions
1. Manage all inbound internet traffic by making phone calls, emails and text messages.
2. Educate customers on the purchase process.
3. Handling objections of all sorts to keep an increase in production.
4. Knowing which vehicles are in stock, and which are available to obtain.
5. Organizing a plan for a reliable sales pipeline.
6. Constructing email blasts multiple times, a week.

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional evening hours may be required as job duties demand.
