**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and efficient persont to join our hospitality team. As a vital part of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Shifts: Thursday 4-9:30, Friday 4:30 -8:30, Saturday 10:30-8:30
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival.
- Handle incoming calls and takeout ordering.
- Book Reservations
- Manage phone etiquette and respond promptly to calls.
- Provide hospitality and guest relations to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Ability to help others and provide exceptional guest relations.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
