Essential Job Functions
Address resident requests, complaints, and inquiries according to contract standards.
Act as a liaison between ownership and residents, drafting and distributing communications.
Cultivate positive relationships among residents, management, and staff.
Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance paperwork.
Process and maintain incoming bills for the property and ensure budgetary compliance.
Ensure delinquency stays below 0.5% of GPR through monthly reporting.
Manage office supplies and monitor agreements for compliance.
Coordinate community inspections, Move In/Move Out schedules, and insurance certificates.
Aid in data entry and post-move out walk-throughs.
Collaborate with property management on renovations, repairs and projects.
Conduct leasing demonstrations and manage lease administration.
Enforce lease terms and maintain market intelligence for occupancy goals.
Supervise resident retention programs and collaborate internally.
Be available for emergencies and ensure insurance compliance.
Maintain on-site presence for community matters and communication.
Ability to navigate stairs and adapt to varying environments.
May perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of multifamily leasing and/or assistant community management experience.
Proficiency in navigating computers and community management software, including Microsoft Office, iLuvLeasing, On-Site, and Yardi.
Technical knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
Understanding of marketing trends, budgeting, and reporting.
Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain one within the first 120 days of employment. All active license holders must register their license with Rose Associates upon hire.
Work authorization (required)
Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
In addition to base compensation, significant incentive pay and full benefits packages are available.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
