Provide HR Assistance and Accounts Payable Assistance for Client and Customers.
Responsibilities :
- APS bill paying invoice submission
- New supplier set up
- Closed order invoice submission
- P-Card use and administration
- New customer set up - information accuracy, Tax information, Credit Apps.
- Bar Code / Masterfile’s
- LOE for Non Client Direct customers and Client loads
- Respond and Recover - Follow up on customer calls Client Direct customers
- Short Pay Tracking
- Wholesale pricing research and respond
- Uniform ordering
- Donations
- Misc. Deposits
- Cash Log
- Helping the Wellness and Flu shot clinic
