Group Home Manager

Rose-Mary is a seeking a Manager to oversee two group homes serving adults with developmental disabilities in the eastern suburbs:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly supervises, schedules, and provides training and support to the Team Leads and the Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Ensures that all programs created for the individuals are being completed and documented by the Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensures that quality, comprehensive and person-centered services are being provided to the individuals in each site.
• Ensures that individual rights and welfare are maintained through programs, policies, and associate training/development.
• Ensures that the operations and practices are in place that meets all requirements of applicable regulatory agencies.
• Assumes on-call and management responsibilities for the Day Program.
• Will be working 5 days per week on site, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-4PM. Assumes on-call responsibilities Sunday through Thursday evenings to monitor Day Program call-offs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three years supervisory/management experience and/or five years experience in DD or closely related field
• Demonstrated ability for self-direction in work
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with 4 points or less
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Comparable experience considered
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
