Rose Street Mental Health Care – Spectrum is an ABA–based intervention program. It is our mission to provide high-quality service to the families and their children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. We believe that each child has a unique set of needs. Our goal is to provide each child with an individualized intervention program that addresses communication, social, and behavioral challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BCBA certification
• Two years of direct service work in multiple treatment settings
• Understand and be able to utilize the following skill sets:

o Evaluate the efficacy of treatment

o Effectively communicate with families, staff, and other professionals

o Effectively implement therapeutic approaches across settings: school, clinic, and home

o Facilitate a team approach toward treatment

o Train & supervise staff

o Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BCBA certification and LBA in Texas preferred
• Experience working with children
• Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds
• Able to sit on the ground or small chairs and bend and move at the waist
• Criminal background check clearance
