Compensation:

  • Commission: $85 per sale per commodity (electric or natural gas)
  • Per Diem Ramp-Up Pay: Up to $250 weekly
  • Overrides: $10 overrides on each rep's sales under your team
  • Payouts: Weekly payouts on accepted utility enrollments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • Present and promote Nordic Energy's utility services to potential customers
  • Enroll customers and ensure all utility enrollments are processed accurately
  • Submit weekly sales reports detailing your progress and sales figures
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings
  • Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a similar direct sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
