Compensation:
- Commission: $85 per sale per commodity (electric or natural gas)
- Per Diem Ramp-Up Pay: Up to $250 weekly
- Overrides: $10 overrides on each rep's sales under your team
- Payouts: Weekly payouts on accepted utility enrollments

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- Present and promote Nordic Energy's utility services to potential customers
- Enroll customers and ensure all utility enrollments are processed accurately
- Submit weekly sales reports detailing your progress and sales figures
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings
- Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a similar direct sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
