What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stewarding Supervisor FT/flex position at Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
Assist management with the supervision of the stewarding staff. Operates all dish washing equipment to sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glass, cutlery, etc. Accountable for maintaining a high standard of sanitation on all kitchen equipment and keeping breakage to a minimum. Provide outstanding service based on Rosen Standards.
Minimum Requirements
This position requires constant standing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred or must have at least six months of relevant experience.
