What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Clerk - Parts Inventory position at Rosina Food Products?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receive, identify, verify, and post into the inventory system.
- Verifies delivery receipts against purchase orders and place items on the rack / shelving according to the location entered into the system.
- Issue materials, supplies, parts and / or possibly equipment to the Maintenance Associates.
- Enter inventory data into computer as needed; maintains inventory control and parts distribution.
- Conducts cycle counts as required.
- Must show urgency during a production break-down to help find the parts needed for the maintenance department.
- Must be knowledgeable of and perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), State, Federal, and company regulations, policies and procedures including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and safety regulations, including using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a safe, clean and neat work area.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with coworkers, supervisors, customers and vendors.
- Works as a team player, helping to meet departmental and company goals and objectives.
- Responsible for maintaining food safety.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Rosina compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. The annual salary is just one component of Rosina’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include incentive compensation bonuses. Compensation ranges may differ but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
