As an Outbound Call Center Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, reaching out to potential customers and showcasing our products or services.

Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers in company provided campaigns (no cold-calling).
- Achieve key performance metrics for talk time, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage.
- Send professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request.
- Make modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customer's order information into computer system/data base.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings, company processes and procedures, and the industry at large.
- 150-200 outbound calls per day.
Must have 1-2yrs sales experience with one of the following:
- Recent sales experience carrying and successfully hitting a monthly quota.
- Outbound call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus).
- Transactional call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus).
- Business-to-business sales experience.
- Dynamic, career mindset required.
- Must be open and willing to improve upon sales skills and adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to speak to business owners and managers comfortably.
- Ability to connect with "The Gatekeeper,' to speak with decision makers.
- Ability to overcome sales objections.
- Knowledge of call center policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
