Job Title: Samples Coordinator
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Samples Coordinator. As a Samples Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in processing sample requests for Rotor Clip's extensive product line, which includes retaining rings, wave springs, and self-compensating hose clamps. The successful candidate will work closely with the shipping department to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of sample requests. Additionally, strong communication skills will be essential as the Samples Coordinator will be responsible for following up on requests with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Request Processing:
- Receive and review sample requests for Rotor Clip's product line.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sample orders.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to prepare and dispatch samples to customers.
Collaboration with Shipping Department:
- Work closely with the shipping team to coordinate the logistics of sample shipments.
- Communicate any specific packaging or handling instructions for samples.
Customer Communication:
- Follow up on sample requests with customers to gather feedback and address any inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Inventory Management:
- Keep track of sample inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to restock as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues related to sample inventory.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sample requests, shipments, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports as necessary to provide insights into sample processing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably in a shipping or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using inventory management or CRM software – HubSpot and Monday.com
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
