Marketing Manager

We are looking for a person that embraces the fast-paced change that comes with Google and social media marketing. They should be able to handle large contract reviews and managing a budget that requires strong excel and communication skills. This is manly a project-based position and requires creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze real-time dashboards to speak to current metrics and generate reports.

Create tools in sales automation from a customer service perspective.

Optimize ROI in advertising and lead-generating avenues.

Manage the creative and production functions of the marketing department, including generating graphic design content.

Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives on current business as well as future strategy.

Execute and streamline marketing operations workflow.

Keep current on the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to our brand.

Lead efforts to effectively plan, schedule and execute email campaigns, and digital media on time and on budget through effective planning and implementation.

Oversee marketing team members and external vendors to build/maintain social media presence and manage the brand; respond publicly to customer comments.

Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a team setting, including extended teams where members are not direct reports.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a Marketing role or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Must be located in St Louis, MO.

Solid references that validate results and leadership abilities.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to travel as requested.

Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs independently and safely

Proficient with using a computer, particularly with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, software as services, and web-based research.
