Rotzler is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic winches and winch systems for lifting and pulling loads. We are in search of a new team member for the role of Production Worker.
The Job:
- The Production Worker position supports plant operations by performing job duties that contribute to the assembly, painting and testing of products. Employees ensure that safety, quality and productivity is maintained at the highest levels.
Seeking a candidate that has:
- Assembly experience and use of basic hand tools.
- Motivation and good attendance.
- Great team working skills.
- Can get into a good rhythm of working on a fast paced production line.
- The ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic to moderate mechanical knowledge.
- Transportation to and from our location.
- Good attitude towards continuous improvement and learning new tasks.
Nice to have but not necessary as we can train and support you:
· Paint experience.
