Round Hill Country Club is a premier country club nestled in the foothills of Alamo. Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for a Member Dining Service Coordinator. What we are looking for:
1-2 years of restaurant dining experience in the hospitality industry. Country Club experience a plus!
Experience in executing superb service in a Fine Dining and Banquets environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Dining a Management/Country Club experience as plus
- Ability to supervise and lead a team in all aspects to maintain an exceptional dining experience
- Must have a Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Works and assists Managers on the floor as directed by Club Management
- Performs tasks assigned by supervisor
- Ability to enforce club policies pertaining to dress code and cell phone etiquette in a polite and courteous manner
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of personnel records as needed and communicate with Management
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures for sales and cost control are in place, consistently utilized and improved
- Assists in developing on-going training programs
- Greets guests and oversee actual service as directed
- Inspect to ensure all tables are set in accordance with the Member reservations
- Assists in Banquet when applicable as directed by Banquet Manager
- Works with Take Out Lead to ensure order and delivery of take out food
- Must maintain current certifications - Food Handler and RBS certificate
This role requires various physical activities including:
- Setting up dining rooms
- Assisting servers
- Moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Requires standing, walking, occasional lifting with specific vision abilities and manual dexterity necessary for successful and safe performance
Salary : $30 - $36
