Our company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help with day-to-day operations and marketing. The successful candidate will have some relevant experience and a passion for helping the company to grow. Our Marketing Assistant will be responsible for daily marketing tasks such as handling events and promotions, updating our client material, responding to queries and ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience at our events.
Responsibilities:
Attending conferences and trade shows.
Help plan the actual marketing.
Helping create marketing literature such as brochures, pamphlets, and hand-outs.
Managing the sales staff and clients.
Organize, schedule and take notes of all sales meetings and phone conversations.
Contributing to company's social media pages.
Helping to research new marketing ideas.
Help write content.
Auditing research data for more information.
