Account Manager – Staffing Services (1099 Contractor)

Uncapped Commission- We are currently seeking an Outstanding Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Team! At Roundhouse Recruiting we source talent for a variety of Regional and Fortune 500 organizations across the country. Our approach is unique, our client companies are loyal, and we have outstanding job orders to fill in growing industries!
Position Description- Full Desk Account Manager, with a mix of Business Development & Candidate Sourcing and Selection responsibilities for a professional staffing firm with clients in a wide range of industries. Position is home based, hours of work are flexible, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Compensation for this position is on a 1099 contract commission basis and income potential is uncapped and outstanding as compared to traditional staffing firms.
Qualifications- The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a professional, polished, and genuine approach, exceptional work ethic, and significant recruiting & business development experience. Human resources generalist experience, a PHR or SPHR certification, knowledge of job competencies, and selection utilizing behavioral based interviewing such as DDI certification are preferred.
