Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to coordinate projects, planned and routine maintenance for retail grocery stores. The position is field based and works directly with internal and external resources to ensure desired maintenance program objectives are met.
Primary Responsibilities
· Performing general maintenance site surveys
· Coordinating maintenance scope development
· Coordinating internal and external maintenance resources
· Coordinating approvals
· Reviewing and validating invoices for approval
· Performing supplier audit/quality assurance checks
Required Knowledge & Skills
· Knowledge – Building and Facilities’ Construction
· Knowledge – Building and Facilities’ Maintenance
· Knowledge – Trades – including but not limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing and Equipment Repair
· Knowledge – Contract Development and Negotiation
· Skill – Time Management
· Skill – Maintenance – Job and Project Coordination
· Skill – Estimating and Budgeting
· Skill – Accounting – Invoice receiving and validation
· Skill – Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
· Skill - Verbal and Written Communication
· Skill - Microsoft Office Suite with Emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,750.00 per week
Schedule:
