POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for general accounting responsibilities to include accounts payable/receivable, schedules, filing, etc.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Register Vehicles
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Deal processing and billing
  • Inventory
  • Swaps/Wholesales
  • Cashiering/Deposits
  • Maintaining/cleaning account schedules
  • Preparing reports
  • Cash reconciliation and the accuracy of paperwork
  • Mail and Filing duties
  • Inform Controller and sales management of any returned contracts and/or additional paperwork needed for funding
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of consistent, verifiable experience in automotive industry
  • DMV Certification required
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
  • Strong focus on organization
  • Ability to multi-task
