Stateline Nissan in East Providence is looking for a dependable individual with strong leadership skills to manage our busy Parts Department.
Pay range $90,000-$120,000 a year

Principal Duties:
- Attain profitability objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, and advertising. Analyze monthly to maintain goals.
- Effectively assemble, motivate, train, mentor and provide leadership to a team of parts associates.
- Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department.
- Establish pricing parameters in each customer category that generate sufficient gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
- Supervise stock order procedures.
- Ensure that the same high-quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.
- Work with the Service manager and Body Shop Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
- Monitor parts department employee timecard and payroll records.
- Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
- Prior management experience or comparable parts store management experience required.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a team - have proven track record of sales performance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Nissan experienced preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales associates.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
