POSITION OVERVIEW

The Trainer/Support Analyst undertakes tasks such as gathering client data, building, and validating models, preparing training materials in a variety of media and provide training to individuals and groups over a number of different platforms.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Installs systems on customer premises.
  • Conducts basic training with customers.
  • Provides after sale support.
  • Gathers and refines data required to design waste collection services.
  • Works directly with customers to validate data and ensure it is fit for purpose.
  • Advises customers on the advantages of different options.
  • Designs, evaluates, and optimises new collection systems.
  • Generates implementation reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree level is preferred.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Problem solving abilities and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good time keeping and cost management.
