POSITION OVERVIEW
The Trainer/Support Analyst undertakes tasks such as gathering client data, building, and validating models, preparing training materials in a variety of media and provide training to individuals and groups over a number of different platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Installs systems on customer premises.
- Conducts basic training with customers.
- Provides after sale support.
- Gathers and refines data required to design waste collection services.
- Works directly with customers to validate data and ensure it is fit for purpose.
- Advises customers on the advantages of different options.
- Designs, evaluates, and optimises new collection systems.
- Generates implementation reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree level is preferred.
- Highly numerate.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused approach.
- Problem solving abilities and good interpersonal skills.
- Good time keeping and cost management.
