We are seeking enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associates to join our team at our Vancouver location and represent our luxury furniture brand in our physical stores. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for sales, and a genuine desire to help customers bring their ideas and dreams to life. Our ideal candidate is someone who goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, establishing a positive and lasting impression.
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing furniture pieces that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and information about our furniture collections, materials, and design options.
- Utilize AR, VR, and Studio X technology to create immersive and interactive experiences for customers.
- Offer expert advice on interior design trends, color schemes, and furniture placement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate with customers.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Previous sales experience in a retail or showroom environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to help customers bring their visions to life.
- Familiarity with AR, VR, and technology-driven sales approaches is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
