What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Sales Manager position at Row House?
Row House, a national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and is seeking a motivated, outgoing, sales and customer service oriented assistant sales manager to join our growing team.
DUTIES:
- Lead our sales team in customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Make outbound sales calls to generate class bookings, leads and sales
- Present membership options to guests and complete new sales
- Merchandise and sell retail items
- Perform field marketing efforts to generate grassroots leads
- Assist the studio Sales Manager to align and achieve monthly sales goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of sales and or customer service experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
*Candidate must be able to work at least one weekend morning.
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- This position offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience PLUS commission on sales and potential bonus
