Assistant Sales Manager

Row House, a national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and is seeking a motivated, outgoing, sales and customer service oriented assistant sales manager to join our growing team.

DUTIES:

• Lead our sales team in customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Make outbound sales calls to generate class bookings, leads and sales
• Present membership options to guests and complete new sales
• Merchandise and sell retail items
• Perform field marketing efforts to generate grassroots leads
• Assist the studio Sales Manager to align and achieve monthly sales goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of sales and or customer service experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

• An affinity and passion for fitness
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

• Proficiency with computers and Studio software

*Candidate must be able to work at least one weekend morning.

• This position offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience PLUS commission on sales and potential bonus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
