ABOUT THIS ROLE
RowCal Community Managers are responsible for the general management and oversight of all association business for a portfolio of homeowners' associations, on average between 10-14 communities. At RowCal, the Community Manager is not tasked with all the coordination and execution of all services needed by the community but will act as a liaison between the association board and RowCal's supporting divisions or third-party ancillary service providers. At RowCal, we view the Community Manager as the association's "relationship manager".
Community Managers are to be knowledgeable on all association matters and will attend board meetings, vendor meetings, maintenance meetings, and site inspections and walks. Community Managers are also required to attend evening meetings when necessary and must be available to communicate with board members as needed by phone, email, or in-person.
Community Managers are ultimately responsible for ensuring effective management for association business as well as client (board & homeowner) satisfaction.
Community Managers are required to stay reasonably up to date with industry-specific state and local laws and regulations.
In this role, Community Managers report directly to the local market Director of Community Management.
