Responsibilities:
- Execute routine repairs and maintenance tasks on various properties.
- Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance activities.
- Assist with moving furniture and materials as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Team and property managers.
- Participate in an occasional on-call rotation for emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Basic maintenance skills are desirable.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (schedule may vary).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
