Responsibilities:
As the Administrator you will be a leader for the OR team. You will be responsible to supervise and support the clinical team with all aspects of patient care. You will also be responsible for managing all regulatory requirements. This position will be based in our West Linn, OR office.
- Responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures applicable to hospice and Medicare/ Medicaid issues when applicable daily.
- Availability to be on-site during business hours or immediately available by text/telephone when off-site conducting business, available after hours as needed for the team.
- Directs the daily operations to ensure quality patient care to align with our company’s strategy and ethics.
- Responsible for the selection, supervision, and evaluation of the interdisciplinary team members.
- Demonstrates a commitment to leadership by example showcasing strong communication, work ethic, follow up, and positive attitude.
- Participation and providing input into strategic planning for company growth
- Participates in the QAPI planning and processes, reporting, and improvement action plans as indicated. This includes chart audits, patient satisfaction, financials, contracts, patient/family communication, etc. and appropriate follow-up.
- Reviews monthly financial results relative to all aspects of the operation to assure that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
- Works with physicians, patients, family, and team regarding problems, needs or concerns.
- Responsible for supervision and evaluation of family satisfaction surveys
- Must be a licensed DON or Registered Nurse to lead the clinical team.

- Must have at least 2-3 years of Hospice Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have strong computer skills for reporting
- Pay is based on experience
