We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual with a strong background in marine systems. This role involves close collaboration with a team member to oversee customer work orders, parts calls, and product ordering.
The preferred candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage work orders for incoming service requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with parts inventory, ordering, and receiving.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in learning computer systems and software.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, with a commitment to timely responsiveness.
- Experience with boats and systems, particularly inboard configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the parts and service sector.

Compensation:
$55,000.00 - $65,000 per year
