Office Manager:
- Schedule and manage service routes daily.
- Count revenue and sales and make deposits daily.
- Ordering and managing inventory and warehouse product.
- Managing office coffee accounts which includes invoicing, billing and collections.
- Basic accounting.
- Office duties: answering phone, reporting machine repairs.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Excel, Microsoft Word, Quickbooks.
