What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at ROYAL VENDING?

Office Manager:

  • Schedule and manage service routes daily.
  • Count revenue and sales and make deposits daily.
  • Ordering and managing inventory and warehouse product.
  • Managing office coffee accounts which includes invoicing, billing and collections.
  • Basic accounting.
  • Office duties: answering phone, reporting machine repairs.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Excel, Microsoft Word, Quickbooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Selma, AL 36701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
