What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant and Telephone Sales Representative position at Royalty Properties?
We are looking for a friendly telemarketer / sales rep to build clientele, and office assistant to help with basic office items, like filing.
Must be extremely ORGANIZED, FOCUSED, AND RESPONSIBLE and have CHARMING and WARM personality.
Must be comfortable on the phone; being challenged, persistent, and patient; and able to handle rejection.
Responsibilities:
- Cold call using given phone directory
- Asking pertinent questions
- Great communication and persuasion skills and friendly
- Keep detailed records
- Filing, answering phones, and other office tasks
- Must know Microsoft Office on a beginner or intermediate level.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
