ROYPOW USA seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA office!
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule service technicians.
- Manage service orders, trip reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
- Provide quotes for aftersales parts and service to customers.
- Generate after-sales leads and opportunities for the region.
- Maintain accurate customer and product data.
- Provide technical support to service personnel.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, professional background in electronics industry, able to travel for short periods, able to repair electronic equipment and identify basic electrical faults.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
