Seeking Experienced Sales Consultants - Full Time
Leads provided - Selling water purification systems
We are looking for experienced sales consultants to join our business to grow our revenue and profitability through direct sales of our client's water filtration systems to homeowners and businesses.
Our water filtration systems utilize cutting edge technologies and provide unmatched water quality. Consultants are given pre-qualified leads and conduct in home sales demonstrations of how our systems compare to their homes current water. They inform prospective customers how our water purification systems can add value to their homes, and improve their drinking water, hair skin, and nails. Consultants will engage in negotiating and concluding sales, as well as maintain communication with customers during the installation phase to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Candidates applying should have a few years of previous sales experience, preferably doing in home sales, and should have experience negotiating and selling large contract price points.
Position details:
- Perform water testing and sales presentations for homeowners in person
- Make recommendations based on customers’ needs and budgets
- Inform prospective customers on the products and their options
- Follow customers through the installation process for customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Utilize standard software for entering customer information
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team events
- Interact with customers in an effective manner
- Maintain a high-level customer service
- Meet individual sales goals
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous sales experience required (preferably in home sales)
- High school diploma or GED required
- General knowledge of water filtration systems a plus
- Display strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proactive and ability to work with limited structure
- Must be able to stay motivated and hit individual sales goals
- A valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation are necessary
- Must be comfortable working with people in their homes
- Must maintain professionalism at all times
